About the shop

I came up in restaurants. Guest complaints, callouts, last-minute deliveries, broken equipment, team drama. The list never ends.

I remember receiving feedback early on about how little I seemed to care for those around me. I was more concerned about the problem in front of me than the people I was facing it with.

It took me a long time to learn that presence beats solving. When the leader steps back, the team steps up.

Today I work as an executive coach. My mission is to help leaders slow down, see their patterns, and lead from grounded presence rather than reactive adaptation.

These guides come out of that work. They are the questions, checklists and worksheets I would put on the table with you. Some are for the unit visit. Some are for the note you still have to write. Some are for the first session with a new client.

Pick what fits. Skip what doesn't.
